Dr. Sadati and his staff are AMAZING! I had the natural lift, eyelid surgery, and under-eye laser and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Sadati is so wonderful. He is kind and easy to talk to. He takes time to explain down to the smallest details of what to expect from the procedure before, during, and after. My procedure was done under twilight sedation, which was great. No problem with nausea or feeling bad afterward. Also, it was pretty much painless. I may have taken one Tylenol on day two, but virtually it was a completely painless recovery. His staff is very attentive and also great! They are so knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Dr. Sadati easily made me look 15 years younger. The doctor took time to understand my goals and he made suggestions to improve and highlight my best features. His attention to detail made me comfortable knowing that he and his team cared as much about the outcome as I did. He provides full service with as much after-surgery care as you'd like including facials that reduce the swelling and enhance the healing process. Dr. Sadati made me look younger and better; I highly recommend him.

I can NOT say enough great things about Dr, Sadati and his team! Before selecting Dr Sadati, I did my research and instantly knew he was "the one." I visited several doctors before making a choice and Dr Sadati was so thorough on his exam and asked a lot of questions of me. The others spent 2-3 minutes with me before passing me along to the "finance" department.

I interviewed several plastic surgeons in my area for a mini neck and lower face lift. After my consultation with Dr. Sadati I knew he was the right professional for me. Dr.Sadati took his time listening to my thoughts and desired outcome. He explained in careful detail how the procedure would go and what I could expect in terms of recovery.

I really liked the fact I would be under sedation and not general anesthesia. I took it with a grain of salt when Dr. Sadati said I would be feeling great in 5 days but I must rest for two weeks. It has always been my experience when a doctor claims you will be fine in two weeks that was their professional outlook and not my experience. Surprise, Surprise, not only did I feel great on day 5 I only required pain meds for two days. I could clean and care for my incisions without discomfort. I never really ever felt pain just some discomfort.

I received detailed printouts on how to care for myself , day by day for two weeks. The office supplied, the ointments, cleaning solution, compression face garnet, and ice pack face garment. I also received a bonus selection of very high end facial products to use at home.

I finally found Dr. Sadati through an online search and was very drawn to his sculpting skills. "How amazing," I thought, if someone could not only perform surgery but actually have an aesthetic eye to design my face in a way where it wouldn't be noticeable but enough to take attention away from the elongated features I had acquired throughout the years.

Lower face, neck, eyelids scheduled for 4/3/19! - I am so excited! I chose Dr. Kevin Sadati after months of research and interviews. He will be performing: Neck lift, Lower face lift, Upper eyelid surgery, Lower eye area resurfacing, Co2 laser, Hand resurfacing. I've had the Co2 laser before (years ago).

I usually don't write reviews but I've been so pleased with Dr.Sadati and his wonderful staff that it was just a must to do so! I'd been wanting to get rid of my "dry prune" looking neck for a couple of years and as anyone would I went to 8 different renowned surgeons in the field in OC & LA! When I finally was ready to go for it, it was Dr. Sadati who was referred to me by a couple of other surgeons and he was the ONE that stood out the most! From my initial visit, I was impressed by his confidence in what he does and how knowledgeable he is in the field and also he was the only one that will do this surgery without completely putting you out, the surgery is done under local anesthesia!! I AM very hard to impress and an extreme perfectionist and I believe I met my match!! He totally understood and was so accommodating to the fact that I went in several times before my surgery to make sure everything is going to go the way I want! He and his staff are extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable at what they do! I'm 3 weeks post my surgery and my incisions are almost completely healed! They also gave me a facial with the amazing Fernanda to help with inflammation which I used yesterday and I loved it! Just had a lower facelift and upper eyelids done. I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Sadati was awesome as was the office staff. I also had botox on my forehead. Super happy with everything! I would highly recommend them and am having my arms done soon!

So, I was referred by a friend and saw great reviews on yelp and thought I would give Botox a try. I had never done it before and was super nervous, but Suzanne Rogers was great - friendly, patient, knowledgeable. She took the time to explain it to me and didn't push a lot on me...moderation is better is her motto which I appreciate. I will definitely be back!

Fernanda is THE go-to skin therapist if you are looking for RESULTS! I actually found her through Yelp a few years ago when she was at another location and followed her to the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery. Not only is she super friendly, but she makes you feel extremely comfortable and actually listens to your skin care concerns. As a successful licensed esthetician, I'm sure she can look at someone's skin and see right away where they might need some improvement. However, she makes sure that she is on the same page as her client and addresses what the client wants. For example, I personally want to tackle my hyperpigmentation but I know I have some congestion, blemishes, and other skin issues. Since I have communicated this with her, my treatments are always focused around my pigmentation but because Fernanda has so much skill and knowledge, she can address all my other skin concerns (that are lower on my priority list) all at the same time. I leave feeling like I got what I wanted PLUS more! She also makes it a point not to push retail on you so when she suggests a product, she really stands by it. I trust all her recommendations and they've all worked out great for me so far. The other great thing about her working at the Gallery was she introduced me to Suzanne, who is by far the best at Botox! I definitely would recommend Fernanda if you are looking for a result-oriented skin treatment!

Best non-surgical facelift in Newport Beach - I have been interested in having a facelift but due to financial reasons and a heart medical condition that prevents me from having surgery, I decided not to move forward. I've been searching for non-surgical options to tighten the face and received an email from Dr. Sadati talking about this new treatment they brought in that only needs one session to see results, not multiple.

I like them a lot. They're all professional. I just don't like how I can never get scheduled in because the esthetician is always booked pretty full. Maybe they should hire more. Also, I went out of the country and they take their time treating your face instead of here, they kind of only give you an hour. I may have gotten my money's worth more doing it elsewhere where they will take more time for treatment.

Awesome Experience - I had been thinking about cosmetic surgery for about 5 years. I turned 60 this year and decided that it was time. After interviewing several doctors, I visited Dr Sadati. Wow! I immediately felt comfortable as he explained the process and what I could expect. I had a lower face and neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, laser under my eyes, and buccal fat removal.

Â My review is primarily around Elizabeth Lyford, RN, who I have been seeing for Vivace Microneedling with PRP since last year. I do this preventative treatment about every 2-3 months, as it helps with collagen production and skin elasticity. Elizabeth has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is she super-friendly, she has an awesome "bedside manner" and we always have the best chats. She is also clearly VERY knowledgeable and skilled in ALL aspects of skincare, as we are always discussing the latest skincare ingredients, products, and treatments...we definitely have established a trusted relationship! I visited the Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery specifically to see Fernanda. Although I have an esthetician that I see regularly, my skin was still not in great shape. One visit, just one, with Fernanda and my skin is literally transforming now. She set me up with some products and I am sticking to her instructions because it is working! I Had an Amazing Experience! - I went to Dr. Sadati this summer for a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and sinus surgery. My nose had been broken several times, my septum was fully deviated, and I had chronic sinus infections. Dr. Sadati was able to complete all three surgeries at once because he is such a skilled surgeon and ENT, which is very hard to find.

Two weeks ago I had Septoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Sadati.. After interviewing 5 doctors in the area, I selected Dr. Sadati because I felt he would be the best surgeon for this delicate, two part, complicated procedure..I was right. My nose, now, not only functions well, it looks great too. Dr. Sadati listened to all of my concerns intently and set out to deliver the goals we had discussed.

Dr. Kevin Sadati performed a turbinoplasty & septo-rhinoplasty on me a year and a half ago and the procedure and overall experience could not have gone more smoothly. I didn't realize how constricted my breathing was until I was able to do so fully and effortlessly. The recovery was SO much easier than I expected, my only complaint was having a hard time sleeping the first couple nights, other than that it was a breeze. People that saw me following the surgery were amazed at how little bruising I had compared to their own experiences or work they've seen from other doctors. I am so happy with my choice to go with Dr. Sadati, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Sadati by a friend after an accidental nose injury left my nose visibly crooked. Dr. Kevin Sadati performed a turbinoplasty & septo-rhinoplasty on me a year and a half ago and the procedure and overall experience could not have gone more smoothly. My nose now looks perfect, very natural, and the ease of breathing since the procedure has led to more energy & increased my overall quality of life. I didn't realize how constricted my breathing was until I was able to do so fully and effortlessly. Aesthetically - my nose has always appeared very pronounced, and had somewhat of a "hook" shape to it. He took the time to really fully understand what I wanted to achieve which was hard because I myself was not even exactly sure. I basically just knew I wanted the hook gone, overall a tad smaller but still bold to match my other features, and to just "look good". He did just that!

I got juvederm done by the wonderful Suzanne Rogers today. This was my first time going with her but I had previously gone elsewhere. Of course I was not happy with the results I got from the first place I went to so since I'm getting a nose job done by Dr. Sadati I figured might as well go with Suzanne for Botox and fillers. And from now on I am most definitely going to her for that. No pain. No bruising. No bleeding. And my lips are beautiful! The staff is super friendly and charismatic. My experience with Dr. Sadati was nothing but wonderful! Everything went so smoothly including my visits prior to my rhinoplasty and after! I did not even experience much pain after my surgery. Dr. Sadati's techniques are very outstanding so I did not have much swelling or bruising. After my surgery, I ended up inviting my friends over for a movie! Lol. One week after my rhinoplasty, I got my cast removed and my nose looked so stunning and natural. I even went out that night! I highly recommend visiting Dr.Sadati. It will be worth your time.
